Download mccb

A published image and a compose file. No .env file and no build are needed.

  1. Start it

    This runs the web and worker services from the same image.

    $ mkdir mccb && cd mccb
$ curl -fsSLO https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yetysw/mccb/main/docker-compose.yml
$ docker compose up -d

  2. Read the admin password

    It is printed once, in the web log.

    $ docker compose logs web | grep -A2 "Admin password"

  3. Sign in

    Open http://<host>:22362, then add a server, accounts and a PST.

  4. Back up

    Back up ./data, including secret.key: without it the stored mailbox passwords cannot be decrypted.

Port 22362 speaks plain HTTP. Put mccb behind a reverse proxy and do not expose the port directly.

Requirements

  • Docker with Compose
  • A linux/amd64 host
  • Disk space for the PST files you upload, in ./data/pst/
